Southern Sun - Unacceptable service. Feeling ******.
Based on my previous review, Southern Sun never responded to Hello Peter or any other chanel. I was told via email after following up 3 times before I could get a response that R700 will be taken from my refund.
Southern Sun Pretoria's bathrooms are horrific and they have just 1 room in the entire hotel with a shower. The hotel doesn't have suitable facilities and I have to be penalized.
This is not acceptable.

The hotel has made no effort. I feel completely ******. This is now more about principle then about the money. Clearly Southern Sun Pretoria doesn’t know what customer service is. Southern sun is always my first choice but after this incident the bar has dropped.
Totally unacceptable they way I have been treated and the situation managed.
