Worst service received from housekeeping to the restaurant staff and the worst attitude from the call centre agents. I’m here for 15 days now with my wife who recently got her ankle operated. After explaining numerous times about her mobility I still face challenges from the staff day in day out. I’ve complained and managers come up to my room to apologise, act as if they cared only to do the same thing again. I’ve complained so many times I don’t know where to report this anymore. My room is dusty as we speak, there’s always something done wrong from the housekeeping staff or they serve wrong orders even to call centre agents that give attitude. It has been the worst stay this far and it gets worse every-time one complains. The nerve the superiors had was to offer me alcohol after they came to inspect my room that was supposed to be cleaned. Another offered me sweets “wanting to make things right”.
