Southern Sun OR Tambo- Most horrible hotel experience!!!

I booked to stay at Southern Sun OR Tambo airport. Checked into a freezing cold room where the heating system was not working. Complained and moved to another room with exactly the same issue. Added to that, bath taps were broken, phone cable comes off the phone whilst trying to make a call, ordered prawns which were off could not finish them. Im in a freezing cold room and have requested 2 blankets. I've stayed in so many southern sun hotels for my trips and the standard has been proper. This is appalling to say the very least. I wish i had an option to attach of my horrid stay
