Southern Sun Hemmingway has pathetic service

<p>I visited the Southern Sun hemingway on the 30th of April 2016.</p> <p>The lady at the front desk who assisted me was extremely helpful, I do commend you there.</p> <p>Upon entering the room I found it clean with nice facilities, when going to sleep after a long drive we found that for some reason the room was extremely cold even with the airconditioner turn all the way up. Unfortunately there was a terrible draft coming through the window which we could do nothing about as the window seemed to be closed. Having a young child makes this extremely difficult as she cries when she is cold, but we lived with it and just asked for more blankets. The following morning whilst my wife had a bath she found the water to be quite cold, I then checked and found it to be the same. I then had a quick shower and off to breakfast we go.</p> <p>Upon checking out I tell the guy at the front about the issues and he asked me am I sure, I was ready to slap him right there and then, what a arrogant *****. He tells me he will do a follow up and get back to me, still nothing, nearly two weeks later.</p> <p>I then complain via the website and I get the standard response of we will get back to you, and then still nothing.&nbsp;</p> <p>You people should get your act together, you are charging alot of money for accomodation and to receive the service I did is quite pathetic, you should get your act together. Look after your customers, listen and be empathetic. You people should know this...</p>
