Southern Sun Gift Card

I have a Southern Sun gift card that I need to use but no one accepts this card. Firstly I was told it can be used at any restaurant affiliated to Southern Sun, but this is not the case. I have been calling and sending various mails to their head office. The only place I used my card was parking at one of the hotels in Durban about a year ago. At the restaurants I'm told they don't accept this card.. This is rather frustrating and have been going on for far to long now. I called the head office again today *** with no joy. How am I supposed to use this card? What's the use of having this if we cannot use it. If card cannot be used then I need to get the remaining balance paid out to me on the card.
