Southern Sun Elangeni expensive rates for basic room and services

I said at elangeni in Durban. I'll admit nice decor friendly staff but for R2000 a night the room has a LOT to be desired I would suggest getting the decor down it's really basic for that kind of charge. Hotel food is great but costs an arm and leg. Your prices unfortunately do not warrant what you offer lower your prices or make the rooms and service worth the money you charge
