Southern Sun Elangeni

This is the Worst experience! Terrible management. Do NOT Stay at Southern Sun Elangeni, Durban. South Africa. I have booked in with my wife. And Paid the Hotel for secured parking last night. The next morning, today, i return to my vehicle and find that parts of my vehicle is ******. I immediately brought it to the attention of management. They had promised to investigate and get back to me with feedback. After the full day had passed, still no communication from management. i returned back to the hotel, spoken to the night manager and they refused to accept or acknowledge responsibility of the fact that my vehicle parts were ******. I was told its my risk not theres even though i had paid the hotel per night for parking as a seperate fee charged by them for a safe secured parking. Southern Sun Elangeni refuses to assist or accept any responsibility to the thefts that had occured on their property. I will never stay here again and i will never refer anyone here as clearly its not safe to be here and this is by far the Worst Hotel Ever!
