Southern Sun Courtesy Call at 23:45

Not Garden Court Polokwane calling me at 23:45 to check why I haven’t checked in. When I asked the guy couldn’t he call me at 8am he said it’s not his responsibility to call me, it’s a courtesy call. So I said the courtesy call could have happened at 8am. I’m ill and the travel agency will handle cancellation tomorrow. To which he said I will still get charged for tonight. I said it’s okay , the office will handle it.
