Riaz is an amazing staff member who went over and beyond to assist us ,He greeted us with a friendly smile, he extended a warm welcome he kept us informed of the hotel and its surroundings! I will absolutely go back for his efficient nature and ability to assist guest.

The other staff didn’t seem eager to assist us on 19 August around 3 in the afternoon but he asked them to please assist and he made sure we were well take care off.

The Hospitality industry needs more people like this ,even if he made a mistake or charged me more I would not mind due to his friendly efficient nature!!!!
