Southern Sun at OR Tambo - terrible experience

We had the worst experience at Southern Sun OR Tambo. I raised the issue with Tsogo Sun customer care and also on Twitter. Despite many promises of “someone will come back to you”, I have had no other response to the concerns I raised. I would suggest to never use the Southern Sun at OR Tambo. It is the worst airport / transit hotel I have ever used.
