I was given a R3000 gift voucher for Southern Sun resorts 3 years ago which expires end of this month. The 16 digit card number rubbed off and I decided to try and use it now not to lose it and was told that it's invalid now. Yet again the consumer loses. Don't waste your money on them or buying someone a gift card as the will find a way to not help you. Monte Casino Palazzo staff were so unhelpful.
