I recently had to stay an additional night in Cape Town due to a flight cancellation, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing service I received from Southern Sun in Newlands. When all the other hotels in the area were fully booked, I called Southern Sun and explained my situation. The team that worked that evening on 5 March 2023 went above and beyond to make a plan to accommodate me at a very favourable rate.

I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism I experienced during my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. Despite the unexpected circumstances, my extended stay was comfortable and stress-free, thanks to the team at Southern Sun in Newlands.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cape Town, and I will certainly be returning the next time I'm in the area. Thank you again to the Southern Sun team for your exceptional service and for making my stay a memorable one.
