Shocking Service and Cleanliness

Checked into the Garden Court hotel In Nelson Mandela boulevard on Friday the 11th with my family. Booked for a bed and breakfast for 5 days. Firstly the room was not up to standard. Cupboard doors where broken room smelt aweful and dingy, bathroom was in a shocking state. There was also a group of people and kids from a waterpolo team staying at the hotel making a noise till late at night disturbing what was supposed to be a peaceful holiday. Staff did nothing to help. Breakfast was distasteful and bleak. Decided to try out the dinner buffet. Gor there and the hostess seemed disinterested and upset. Staff at the buffet were the same. I left my plate and walked out. Order room service which took more than and hour to come furthermore they forgot to deliver my drink. Ordered room service the next night and a different person delivered. She was rude and her attitude was bad. Insisted I need to pay her as she was advised that I only paid for bnb. I told her that I had ordered before and that I was told to settle upon leaving. All in all I have been to other hotels and this is the first I had such an experience. Really disappointed.
