Shocked at the Arabella

<p>On the 13th July 2016, we decided to celebrate a friends birthday and spend some quality time for 4 days at the Arabella Spa & Hotel. That evening approximately at 10:45 getting ready for bed, busy in the bathroom, I decided to make sure that all our appliances are charged for the fellowing day. It was a terrible experience as while doing all this the plug and charger exploited in my hand in the bathroom area. This experience left me shocked and numb to my toes, nearly callapsing on the bathroom floor with my hand covered in the dark smoke from the plug. I just stood there as my daughter ran to wake her father up to help me to bed. Shocked and confused my husband examine me and made absolutely sure I'm okay, finding some confusion and my hand alittle numb. The very next morning, I reported this incident to the front desk. By the end of that same afternoon, a security report was taken. I was very surprise that two days passed when I returned and told the front reception that I'd like to see a manager. We were told that all the senior managers was on leave. Much later that afternoon a manager by the name of Charles approached me to have a chat about the incident. Annoyed that he was not told the full story or report to date. Upon chatting to many I realized that if there was water on the bathroom floor, I would have been seriously injured or even worse. This placed a damper on my entire stay for the rest of the school holidays. Besides the Resturant service and spa management unprofessional tone to clients. I really don't mind paying for good service and fantastic venues, my husband loves golfing holidays and me spas and great ambiance and service. I am questioning my stay and my incident at this Arabella Hotel & Spa in Herm****. It's the 19th July and I've still not received a call from anyone from the Arabella Hotel in Herm**** or the group.</p>
