I didn't even get to stay at the hotel because of the cancellation. I notified the hotel via phone call and in writing and asked for refund. Instead of refunding, they just keep on sending me from pillar to post, lies after lies. I made the payment in March now is October. This is the Stay Easy in eMalahleni. I dealt with Nicholaas, Pertunia and some duty manager who said he'll call me back, just like everyone who I spoke to...he never called me back.
