Savi River Sun... *****!!!

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">On 23rd March 2016 i checked out of Sabi River sun, not realizing that I left behind my expensive R2500 Hugo Boss T shirt. I discovered it was missing 3 days later and decided to call the hotel. I was transferred to housekeeping and spoke to a lady (name withheld) who said that she found a t shirt and a lighter and that i must call back the next day for courier arrangements. The next day i called back, everybody i spoke to had amnesia and nobody claimed that they saw and missing tshirt. They also claimed that there was no such lady working there and i fabricated the story. The manager in charge said she was going on leave and promised to call back a week later. It is now over a month later and no news. I will never support tsogosun again. I am a loyal frequent guest member and our family of 14 people always stays at tsogo sun hotels no matter what but this is the last straw. I am so disgusted at the poor handling of this matter. That tshirt was a gift and had sentimental value and it was very expensive but people dont care about other peoples belongings.&nbsp;</span></p>
