safety and wellbeing not a priority

Extremely disappointed . We were booked at the facility and our car was bumped in their parking, we informed security and management , we were promised that they will go through their footage and see if we can find the culprit...it is now a month later not a single word from them they clearly don't care about clients just shows that cars can even be ****** there and they couldn't care less
