Ruined honeymoon 😪

I booked a room for my friends honeymoon . I went in early to and paid R50 for parking so she doesn't have any issues when she needed to go to her room after her wedding she sat in her car until after midnight because the parking was full. Why ask us to pay for parking if u are going to ruin someone wedding night . Absolutely disgusting service. I had to call in request for a manager who was able to get parking after midnight. I'm seriously disappointed 8n this service. For someone to sit in their car until after midnight on her honeymoon is disgusting.
