Room service Mount Grace Hotel

We booked and paid for bed and breakfast at the Mount Grace Hotel which falls under the southern sun group. When we wanted to order breakfast in our room the 1st morning of our stay, we were told rhat we had to pay the amount of the breakfast that we were ordered. I stayed in many hotels before, but this is the very 1st time that I have been told to pay for the breakfast when order room service. I don't mind to pay an extra amount for the room service, but to pay for the breakfast again! That is ridiculous. Since when do the hotels operate like this???
