Room 422 upset about service at Sun city the palace

I'm staying at the Palace nw as I'm writing this review. Since I walked in yesterday 25/9/2019. I have not been treateated properly. Firstly I requested a big bed which at reception they said it was done. When I got to my room it wasn't. Later the night when I returned still it wasn't done I had to go to reception and ask for the request. The lady told me straight that it's a twin room and the agency should have told me. I told her I even phoned the palace 2 weeks before and they said my request will be done. The option for large bed was on the agent website. Secondly I phoned reception for Iron and ice. They took a hour to bring the iron and when I called reception they didn't answer and called after iron was send up. Was like they avoiding my calls. Now I'm still waiting for the ice. I'm still here checking out tomorrow. I guess you get treated differently if you not from a overseas and you local. But I have paid the same amount as everyone else. ************** is just not the word. I'm highly upset.
