Refund for accommodation at Southern sun that was cancelled

I booked accommodation in this hotel in Aug 2017. I then cancelled because my father passed away. In jan they whipped the full balance of my stay. Since the 12th jan I have been asking for my refund. Zimasa and Mark are responsible. They don't even communicate with me. Several emails several calls.
