Reception Lady with No Clue Sun 1 Hotel

I am a regular visitor at the sun 1 hotels . I was there on saturday 18 July 2015, When i checked in the lady did not greet, The hotel was experiencing loadshedding, so the lady demanded cash before i enter, i asked to speak to the Manager, thereafter she allowed me in i told her i will pay, When the lights came on, we noticed there is no remote for the tv, so i sent my brother to ask she said tell your brother to Pay R50, i was ****ed at this fact, firstly there is no dstv here, and they want me to pay R50 for a remote, I went downstairs to pay, she just pushed the chair in disgust, this lady needs to be repremanded, and diciplined, We had a horrible stay at this hotel because there was a contractor painting and climbing up and down scaffolds looking into our rooms, and moving up and down in the corridors no privacy, The Paint Smell also made my child catch a weezy chest, which i have to pay doctors bills,<br> Please can this querry be rectified by a quality manager, and give me a call to dicuss<br> <br> Signed Pathetic Service
