Prepare to be disappointed- The Pivot Monte Casino

I stayed at the Pivot overnight on Saturday the 7th of December 2019. Geat room and great breakfast. However when we arrived for check in no one informed us that the hotel key card allows for use of lights in the room. I had to walk back to reception to find out when I got back from dinner and a show. To madke matters worse I was meeting my team the following morning at 9 Am at the breaakfast area. I woke up freshened up and at 8:40 am requested an iron and ironing board. They didnt send one until 9 AM. Very disappointing.
