Poor service from Sun International (Wild coast sun)

I've been trying for the last 5 days to book a holiday at wild coast sun in March know one answers *** the number I got from wildcoast for bookings I tried booking online but it doesn't give me the room I want I've stayed there every year for the last 18yrs but it's the first time I'm left disappointed I would appreciate it if someone could contact me urgently on *** Suren Moodley I've even tried to go through to wildcoast sun recpection no luck to get hold of someone to handle my queries.
