Poor Service and lack of maintenance

After arriving at the sun one hotel in Richards bay and checking in we we felt relieved that we had a hotel room with aircon as this last week kzn has been boiling hot. I got in to the room switch on the aircon and went to purchase food for the night when I arrived back I found it strange that the room was still hot when down to reception to find out if there is any issues with the aircons and got told none what so ever. I think the managing company that overseas these hotels are just about the bottom line and profits. Reason for me saying this this was one off the hotels that was upgraded not to long ago but all they did was changed the beds and the locks on the doors and left everything els the same but the price went up. And working for a company that travels all over SA and that has use plenty off these hotels I'm very disappointed in the service I got to sleep in a room where the temp is about 33 degrees is no fun and the unruly customers that stayed on the same floor as me ja lets just say nothing and the staff that does nothing ja nee you have lost a customer and will also be spreading the word about the shocking service. Get rid off the fat cats and employ professionals
