poor service
Stayeasy City Bowl Capetown
Very bad experience I had with their manager called Phelo . Its been 2 months waiting for a refund since December till to date every time I have to follow up not even a courtesy call from the hotel to give update i have to make that call. I will not consider guest to book the hotel because their service is very poor
