Poor service

Thank you for your email and opportunity for me to speak.

Things are not looking good.

1. The toilet seat we found it broken complaint but never fixed.

2. The cleaner did not put towels for us for majority of our stay 3 days.

3. No shower soap put for 2 days.

4. Room not proberly cleaned for 2 days.

5. My white face cloth stained with blue things.

6. Also experience serious sneezing allergies in the room.
