Poor service

<p>I have contacted the StayEasy hotel in Pietermaritzburg about 3 weeks ago for a booking in November. After a few days of numerous calls i was finally responded to however they were unable to link my rewards card to the booking. After a week they sent me a quote but it did not include the correct amounts. I have responded to them to find out how much it is going to cost but till today no one has contacted me. Really poor service from a Tsogo sun hotel. I will not want to stay at this hote.</p>
