Poor service.

on the ***6 i received an email that says(FOLLOW THE SUN WITH SUN BREAKS R950 Per room per night breakfast included and i send an email that I would like to use the sun Breaks as on the email R950 per room per night breakfast included for the 15 -16 April 2016 (2days) using Sun Rands 316 and paying the difference cash R1584 @ Sandton, Katherine Street or any participating hotel around sandton. i was supprised by being given two different prices 1 is R1575 per room per night. Room Only and R2595 per room per night. Room Only Both from Thembelihle Mncube. i dont understand why do we receive the emails for promotions becouse when we make bookings using rates as stated on the email we are given different prices. i was also unable to log on and i did mention to them nothing happened
