Poor service

At 4.15 pm my room still isn’t made I must go myself to complain and tell housekeeping to get my room cleaned !!! We have 4 rooms in the hotel and which all have not been cleaned till now ?! How pathetic to have left the hotel at 9am and to return to a room where my room isn’t made and no sheets or pillow cases on the bed ... the floor dirty and bathrooms still not cleaned
