Poor service

Good morning

I slept in Pietermaritzburg stay easy 11/10/2017 (I actually sleep there monthly nowhere else) At 22H30 I reported noise next door to my room (room 249). - Security sent up, not resolved At 23H30 I reported again, noise level went up. Ladies came out with alcohol in the hand. - Security was sent up again, not resolved At 02H50 I called again after a guy knocked on my door , lost wanting my neighbour - Again security came up, could not control situation Two males came out of the room & a lady, with alcohol in the hand?

At no point did I see a manager on duty Security could not resolve anything I did not sleep at all , but paid
