Poor service

It was with great excitment that I arrived at the Hyde park deck to celebrate my birthday, I requested from the manager that he organize seating area for my guests which took forever,to the point where I had to begin setting up myself. The waiter provided to us was unfriendly and not helpful, we asked for menus which he did not bring, I had to go fetch. We have now been sitting here for 20 minutes and he has not come to take our drinks orders. Must say for such an ' upmarket' and 'sophisticated' venue I am very very disappointed
