Poor customer service by management

As per usual the service was dismal at Galaxy bingo Boksburg. We arrived on Friday around 18:00 pm and wanted to order food. There were no waiters in sight. My wife approached one of your so called managers , Nzwandile he just said to my wife go and speak to Mandy. Mandy just said she can’t help, called a waiter and turned around and walked away! The quality of food is just getting worse and the don’t care attitude of your management is probably your only good attribute. It seems poor customer service are being promoted in your Boksburg branch . In today’s turmoil of poor economic growth one would think that arrogance would take a back seat but obviously Tsogo sun makes sufficient money so they don’t need to care about the customer.
