Poor customer service

The Gooderson Darkensberg Sun is the most unaccommodating resort with poor customer response from management , waited for a call from management for more than seven days and no call , had to call back to get confirmation , a highly accredited organization with such poor customer response . The web page for day visits needs to be more specific , saying no day visits during peak times ,this will create less animosity and hopes on people hoping to visit the venue . The key is customer satisfaction and honesty and not misleading or false advertising.
