Poor customer service

With Sun coast hotel to book a meeting venue you must call them 3 time begging for a response, and Roshlin tells me to call the office after calling him several time seeking confirmation for a venue, I sent an email early in the morning,he never came back to me , I'm the one who must call seeking confirmation if the venue is available or not. When i call for the 3rd time he tells me they are off line and is going to give me another number to call, i ask why he doesnt give his staff my number to call me because I've been calling him from the morning. Such poor customer service.
