Poor business ethics at SUN1 MILNERTON

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service provided at sun1 milnerton,I can understand that it's just s 2 star hotel but common sense is not that hard to come by I've been staying at sun1 fores**** since the beginning of August 2025 and every week ive been extending my stay for another week, ive booked for a total of 3 weeks spending almost R11000 and today when I went to the front desk to extend my stay for another week before I was told my room had already been booked out and the hotel is at maximum capacity so they can't help me even though i did not initially check out,I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they book out a room before the guest actually checks out ,I had to now spend double the amount I intended to spend for this last week all because the staff booked my room out before I checked out even though I made then aware that I might be extending my stay again due to work going on for an extra week. I really hope they check in with guest before the throw them out on the street..I will definitely not be staying at sun1 ever again that's for sure! I'm not going to even get into the attitude of the staff !
