Please Help Me....Very Confused

Hi<br> Firstly i want to say that the stay easy in PMB rocks. It has friendly staff and are always willing to accommodate you. <br> About 2 weeks ago, my family and I stayed at the PMB stay-easy. Prior to that we had made reservations to stay there. I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone when I booked for two nights 5th and 6th June, i was given a price of R1532.72 but when I got there i was charged around R1730. <br> Why did this happen? The staff at the hotel tried all they could to resolve this but to no avail. Someone needs to look into this because all faith in the reservation system goes out the window if this happening.
