Patricia is as asset to stay easy century city

Stay easy century city… I made a reservation with stay easy for 2 rooms 10 nights. Because my kids are small, It’s very important for us to have inter-leading rooms. I called stay easy 2 weeks before arrival (a man) answered the call , asking for inter-leading rooms. He told me he can’t guarantee the rooms because people would check-in before be. I made it clear this is the reason im calling two weeks in advance because I need the rooms to be inter-leading because my kids are small but he just refused to assure me that I will have inter-leading rooms. I called back yesterday and a lady by the name of PATRICIA assisted me with the correct rooms. She is an amazing person! People like her who keeps the business name high. But there are always some rotten eggs working at places like the man that didnt want to assist!
