Pathetic Sun 1 Alberton

Pathetic experience at Sun 1 Alberton. I booked in to stay at Sun 1 on the 23 and 24th July 2019. I only could stay 1 night and checked out the next day. I was then tol dthat my refund of R600 odd rand will be processed in 7 to 14 days. It i snow the 19 August 25 days after and still no payment. I then called and spoke to the manager Bendolo, who then proceeded to tell me that he did not do any payments and will get around to in tomorrow only which is the 20th. When i tol dhim ho when the service is , he then threatened to withold my refund until after the complaint is made to hello peter.. What nonsense is that? They are rogues, They stole my money
