Pathetic stay at Tsogo Sun/ Southern Sun

I checked into PE Southern Sun. Ordered a bottle of wine only to be told they out of stock. Ordered another, out of stock. Then ordered a meal. Had to complaint the fish and calamari didn’t come with chips, salad and tartar sauce as per menu. Then the room aircon doesn’t work. Management services does not exist
