Pathetic service at V&V

<p>I would like to highlight both times I have visited the&nbsp;Vigour &amp; Verve Pietermaritzburg restaurant: 02/03/2018 It was my first time visiting the restaurant, my word the service was appalling, first of all waited so long for my food almost an hour and when requesting the bill waited 30minutes, you'd swear they went to cut down the tree to make paper so the bill could be printed on it. They are hiring amateurs, when finally receiving the bill it was mixed up with another tables bill. Second visit to the restaurant: 22/03/2018 First of all the drinks order took almost an hour,(my drink in particular was not chilled at all) the arrival of the food took almost another hour, when the food was being served it was being given to the wrong individuals because individuals who had arrived last were being served first, how does that happen? Food was cold, how can one eat cold food. waitress gave me money short and over charged me. The service is absolutely pathetic and appalling. The waitresses/waitors need to be upgraded. Their service s****s lack big time. its like a circus. I'm highly disgusted.</p>
