Pathetic Service at the Hotel

on Saturday night the 30th April 2016, we decided to go to the hotel lounge to have dinner, we sat there for a long time and nobody came out to serve us, we called many waiters whilst seated there but some waiters just ignored us, I requested menu's a few times but the waitress took the menus and gave it to other couples, when we finally got a menu the waitress just left it on the table and went away, she didn't even greet us or introduce herself, after we received the menues we still sat, whilst nobody attended to us. finally we decided to get up and leave the restaurant. we , our friends and families as well as business friends always visit the hotel, but the service is pathetic, personally we will not go back and we will make sure that non of the people we know goes back as well. this is very disappointing and upsetting.
