Pathetic service at the capital on the bath

<p>i had purchased a deal on booking.com the amount came to 62.50 Confirmation was sent from the hotel none of those emails stated anything about an error that was made on booking.com, i had contacted reservations and asked to speak to the manager his name is Daniel , he was quiet rude saying to me it was an error and they cannot stick to those rates and he went on by saying that its not like i arrived at the hotel as yet it was just a booking not understanding that if you are in a clothing store or any store and you see something for 50 which was suppsoed to be for 500 you will still purchase it as the price you saw it for even after explaining to him he was rude. Pathetic Service </p>
