Pathetic service

Good Evening,

I was booking accommodation online with Southern Sun Beacon Bay but was unable to because all days are blocked online, searched their telephone number on their website but to no avail. However I saw Caledon Hotel's telephone number, decided to call the establishment, spoke to Ashley, asked if Beacon Bay hotel is open for business and what is their telephone number, she indicated that she does not have any information regarding Beacon Bay. I was rather taken aback by the ignorance and arrogance that went along with it, am not sure why someone with that attitude would be the face of a company or be put in a position to answer calls from potential patrons.
