Pathetic Service
i had cancelled a booking reservation at Elangeni & Maharani Hotel a month ago , i was told it takes 14-21 days for a refund to me paid, 21 working days passed and i waited till it was a month then i called to follow up. The duty manager took my details and said she will get back to me with POP and has since disappeared , we have been from pillar to post for a refund that we followed the correct procedure to get back.
