Patethic feedback from Southern sun (Tsogo )

Called by Southern sun only to be told that it will be R850 additional per night really what was the solution because I was just told once again what the person working at Southern sun said. Just pathetic!!!!Wasted my time to tell me what your booking agent already said nothing was actually done about my complaint. And to top it of after waiting so long for feedback the rate has changed from R4300 to R6040 now on R9500!!!!Reallllyyyy
