Overcharging pethetic service from a huge establishment like Tsogo sun

I tried booking a family room for the 50th birthday celebration special only to find that such a big hotel does not allow three ppl in a room keeping in mind that the third person is only 22.i was told there was no way I could be assisted and found no joy in this process. I was told I need to book a second room for the 3rd person really is that how you guys make your money!!!!!Just pethetic
