Overcharging and no customer service
Do not book accommodation here. They quote one amount, then process a credit card payment for a higher amount. Then they refuse to refund the overcharge.

28 Apr 2022, 13:06Message to Booking.com - Please remove all Southern Sun/Tsogo Sun hotels from your Booking.com website. Unlike other hotels, these people do not list fully-inclusive total costs on your site, despite your site clearly stating that the quoted price "includes taxes and fees." They then charge additional fees over and above the quoted/accepted "total price." They also process payments *******ly in advance, even when a guest chooses to pay at the property. Legal action is pending. Please distance yourself from these people.
