Online booking

I received an email from Tsogo sun regarding the sun break ... N it says minimum 2 night stay... Online the durban hotels say fully booked for the Easter weekend. When I called the call center they said I must book minimum of 3 nights, the consultant told me she is going to call me back, I am still waiting for the call from last week Thursday...<br> <br> I want to know, why promote and send me an email when I can't book at the promotion price??<br> <br> I have a black card for nothing because I don't benefit from it
