On a business trip - Best hotels to stay

I have stayed in a few hotels but this has always been my favorite. The staff at Southern Sun Newlands in the Cape has always been so customer focused. Before you even get to reception you already have Jeffrey Goodman offering to assist you with your bags. I'm not even sure what the guy's role is at the hotel but he does everything with a smile. It was my second time staying there and this time I just felt that I had to recommend the good work the staff does. Ever friendly and willing to help. Another person that stood out for me at the hotel was Ernest. I don't know his last name but he works at the restaurant downstairs. The guy even remembered that I had been there before and he could even recall where I proffered to seat and have my latte. He knows the menu like the back of his hand and recommended some lovely dishes for my friend and I. There is no other place I would ruther stay when I'm in Cape-Town Newlands and I am definitely staying there again for my future business trips. You guys are too awesome :)
